Still Waiting on Spring

I have been here in Germany for almost a month. While it has been incredibly hard to be away from my husband and pup, it has also been such a great experience to live in a new country and explore new cities. I'm writing this as I'm eating breakfast before heading to Belgium for the weekend. I know this opportunity is a special one, so I'm trying to appreciate every minute and take full advantage of traveling and exploring.

I know the weather back home in Indianapolis has been a bit back-and-forth (as it typically is this time of year), with snow one day and sun and warmth the next. Well, it's not much different in Germany. While I would love to be posting spring and summer looks right now, I've still been bundled up in jeans and sweaters.

This Free People tunic was a blogger favorite this year, and a personal favorite, too. I purchased it in two colors are wore it ALL winter. I love that it's so cozy -- it's almost made out of a sweatshirt-type knit, so it's not a bulky, itchy sweater. It's still available, and I highly recommend it. (I'm debating also ordering it in white). You'll wear it until the weather warms up, and all through next fall and winter.

More to come on my first month in Germany, and hopefully some light, airy spring styles to follow!

Have a great weekend!
