Feeling Like Fall

JR turned the big 3-0 on Monday and we spent the weekend in New York celebrating. We had such a great time! But when we got off the plane on Monday night in Indiana, there was definitely a hint of fall in the air. It was a perfect night, 75 and cool, sunny...but it was one of those nights that leads you to believe that summer is winding down.

This Sincerely Jules top (yup, THAT Sincerely Jules) is easily one of my new favorites, and I foresee it transitioning really easily into fall. I started following @ShopSincerelyJules on Instagram when she launched it, and saw this top in white. I was pining for it, but it was sold out in a small. So I kept watching and it finally popped up in black! However, SJ just recently launched her line at Nordstrom, and this top (in both white and black) is part of the collection! It's flowy, versatile, and well made. I will definitely be ordering more pieces from her line. Not only because I love her easy pieces, but because she's just the coolest.

If you've been following me for a bit, you'll remember how much I love the transitions of the seasons. Each one is like a new beginning. But for the first time in a long time, I don't feel like I'm starting over with anything this season. I'm not graduating from school, starting a new job, or moving to a new city. So until we get married next spring (WOO!) I am going to take advantage of being very content where I am, but enjoying the changing of the leaves all the same.
